SMS Consent & Messaging Policy
Customers opt in verbally during an inbound phone call. During the call, the automated assistant informs the caller that a confirmation text and/or service update texts may be sent to the phone number they provide for the purpose of servicing their request.
Message types: service request confirmations, scheduling/dispatch updates, customer-care follow-ups.
Frequency: varies by request; typically 1–3 messages per service request.
Opt-out: reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time.
Help: reply HELP for help.
